The one that'll truly matter. Ask every single employee if they have been searching for a new job in the last month, six months, and a year. That's it. That's the only question that needs to be on there. That single question will tell management more than anything else about the current state of the company, employee morale, and the company's not so bright future.

They do surveys all the time… but don’t care. Nothing changes

Great idea. It will make it easier to mark the individuals that will be in the next wave of so called "transformative growth".
In the past one individual make a comment on an anonymous leadership survey being honest. The director ended up calling out the employee.
Beware of being to honest on those. Might be the difference in keeping your job or Patel taking your job.
Also don't say d-mb sh#t in team messaging a friend gave heads up they are monitoring. Mind your P's and Q's
Glenn is right. It’s not part of transformative growth to care about what employees at the bottom think. Just keep your head down and work. If you don’t like it here, leave. Our great employees in Pune and Bangalore are taking more on each day mo--n. bahahhahahahhaa

The turnover in this company is huge so its not a big mystery
