Will membership get raises i mean we do put up with alot of bs from members and so the team leads front end jobs. And we do get the most productivity for the club with credits and upgrades.

When did they get rid of outside sales…..advantage coordinator? How do we handle outside companies?
Not all got a raise. 15 year associate did not.
“Membership” doesn’t exist anymore. It’s all Frontline. How else can they get away with not paying membership more than the cashiers? Easy! Put them all under one job code. If anything Specialist should be masking $15 and Frontline should be making $16.
You got a raise when the cashiers and carts got a raise. And getting plus and credits is part of your job description so no need to act like you have to do alot to get all those when %25 of the time they naturally wall up to membership to initially sign up for either.
In California we have no membership they are part of frontline and soon Entrance door so the answer is no.
Sounds like 3 or 4 separate raises are due!
You got one last year along with your fellow cashiers, you know, since you're all the same job code now.
I don't know where you are from but membership went away along time ago! It is frontline now! So frontline does cashier and membership! And pretty soon will be at the entrance too! Marketing no longer exists either!
