So worried about the “Covid” spread & trying to mandate vaccines, but you d-mb mother fückers voted for biden who has the southern border open, letting in thousands of unvaccinated people in our country a day. So how bad is the “covid”?? Can’t be that bad if we are letting in thousands of non vaccinated people in a day!!! You vaccines people are so brain washed. You guys prefer to be told what you can. If Allstate does not mandate they will ask each unvaccinated employee to make a $14,000 one time payment to offset the fine. This will be in addition to surcharge on healthcare and negative weekly test.

Why do so many who are vaccinated seem to believe that the unvaccinated will be won over by insulting them? Just on this topic there are posts calling those who are vaccine-hesitant “ignorant”, “UnAmerican”, “low iq” and “spreadnecks” who should be punished or even “caned”. While you may not agree, many of them have legitimate reasons to be hesitant. Insulting people is not the way to convince them.
It’s actually not hard at all to mandate a vaccine for home based workers regardless of the percentage of home based employees especially when it comes to large penalty fees for the employer if they do not follow Biden’s guidelines. Trust me Allstate will be right here making sure you’re vaccinated or else. Allstate does not like fines! We all know it so roll up that sleeve or leave.
It will be very hard to mandate the vaccine when over 80% of the US workforce is work from home……
There are many soon to be unvaccinated and unemployed workers in the United States. There are no legal exemptions for religious reasons. Unless you have been living in a cave all you life and never attended school all of us were vaccinated "polio" "measles" etc... at some point in our lives. It just came out that medical insurance coverage will not cover a portion of the expense if hospitalized for covid for the non vaccinated . I am all for choice but it seems it will be getting ugly for the spreadnecks soon. Not to mention a way to further eliminate employment with no severance or unemployment benefits. Just what most large corporate fat cats were looking for. I was vaccinated as soon as I became eligible 3/2021 and 4/2021 no sign of a zombie apocalypse so far. Just seems like a very simple and easy solution to get the vaccine and eliminate all the potential problems that are coming. Many legal challenges are on the way.
No, it is not the vaccinated know it all, it is the unvaccinated are so uniformed and ignorant that they make everyone else look brilliant. The unvaccinated should be punished for their UnAmerican and reckless behavior. Getting terminated is just the start….
Funny how the vaccinated seem to think they know it all. What are you worried about unvaccinated people? If you got the vaccine your suppose to be safe from contracting the virus. Do you not trust the experimental vaccine?? Don’t worry your in good hands since you got the vaccine………
You do realize that allstate is an at will employer.
You can leave at anytime and they can let you go anytime.
Most of you that won't get vaccinated are of the lowest iq that you couldn't find a worthwhile lawyer to sue anyone.
It has already been litigated and employers have every right to require a vaccine. Employees have a right to refuse and be terminated for failure to meet job requirements. It is really cut and dried in favor of employer. Religious exemptions have been undermined by religious leaders. If you have been vaccinated earlier in life for other potential diseases you can’t win.
Employees have ever right on a choice if they would like the experimental vaccine… Allstate will need to fire me. I will also see them in court, it’s against my religion to get the vaccine…..
Employers have every right to protect their employees. That lawsuit won't go anywhere.
Well looks like they will have to fire me. When and if they do, then I will be speaking with a firm who is in process of taking these non constitution mandates to a higher court.
Don’t be so quick to dismiss-over 50% of U.S. businesses have plans to mandate by year end…excellent way to draw down some jobs…..
Allstate will not be mandating any vaccines…
Non-vaccinated employees will be brought up on stage and be caned and canned.Expect thunderous applause from audience.
Also there will be a large surcharge similar to the wellbeing surcharge that will be enforced to encourage vaccination.
Mandatory vaccination for all including home based employees.
