Can anyone respectfully explain what happened to consumer relations? Do all the calls go to the Philippines? Did employees in East Aurora lose their jobs?

Mattel customer service is a joke. The language barrier probably stopped them from reporting all those baby rocker deaths. EA is an empty husk of creativity. same junk in a different branding. They used to be so disruptive, like the pixel camera. What innovations have come out of there in the past 10 years? how to make a $10 toy with paper thin walls?

Philippinos are just as congenital and capable of delivering first class customer service as Western New Yorkers. To suggest otherwise would be incredibly problematic!

All the customer rep jobs went to Philippines. The people the consumers talk to. Along with some other jobs. We were let go.
