Our managers are on a cap. They have to come up with a process improvements plan and then each week show the progress BUT the others managers have cut him/herout of the data so they are doomed. Along with the entire team (7 people). This is one big sh-t show!!!

I was cut last year and found a new home at Molina. I really like it and Molina likes to hire UHC folks who have been let go. Go apply, they are good to work for and are growing taking on new Medicaid contracts.

All the above is true. The entire month has been a drama filled, bipolar mental messes from management. Fairly newer to the company and being lead by such unstable minds that run from praise support to your doing it all wrong aggressive verbiage has made it difficult to see how this company is even still operating. I pray for a layoff daily. Biggest mistake taking this career path.
Toxic culture. The one manager is definitely a goner. That’s the way they get rid of those that don’t fit into the toxic evil ways.
