104% Mmm.. If all employees respond positively, then the maximum is surely 100%. It must be the same tw-t that munges the book-to-bill figures!
Identical to last time, we will not get 1 line of feedback in terms of content and certainly not in quantified terms. They will talk in every single town hall for months to come about the substantial progress in all attention areas and encourage all to keep delivering exceptional work. But fasten your seatbelts for the second Quarter FY 2022 Earnings Presentation early November… they have plenty of time to deceive Wall Street again.
For a digital company that has outsourced the survey to a dedicated marketing company the results should be available on Monday but how many months before we get to see the carefully selected sound bites?
More like we will be reviewing the feedback in 2026, we haven't got round to looking into last year's yet.
But thanks anyway we have 104% with the multiple messages sent out we got some people to fill it out 3 times.
Main thing is we will be able to say we got 104% at the shareholder meeting and they won't be any wiser.
