Seriously. Stop buying d-mb sh-t when you’re already billions in debt and then expecting RSCs to sell enough to bail you out. No wonder so many managers are shady af to achieve sales goals.

Underperforming.? Lol have you worked in a retail store every manager encourages or turns a blind eye to the shady things RSCs do, throwing next up on upgrade no matter what, telling customers insurance is required for a month at least, canceling lines for promotions back when you were able, doing sole proprietor for people who don’t actually have a small business, the list goes on. It’s not all about who can sell the most it’s about who is willing to do be the most “creative” without getting caught. AT&T doesn’t punish that type of behavior, they’ll promote you for it.

Outsourcing and Managed Services, (IT Operations) is doing quite well and always looking for qualified personnel. There's opportunity within if you're willing to deal with change. Monitor the jobs site and good luck out there. Change is a constant in T and not going to stop!
