I knew this even before but now I've definitely become sure that this company does not want employees who are engaged and who actually care about their work and doing it to the best of their ability. I've decided not to care more.
Even when I have an idea how something could be done more efficiently and better, I'll just keep it to myself. How many times has NOV made you feel bad after you enthusiastically made a suggestion that something could be done better?

Anyone who is any good had either already been forced out or has left of their own valition. Anyone left that is any good will soon work out that they need to leave for their own sanity
Manchester maybe safe but its toxic to work at, so many close to retirement who are in the click and the rest dumped in positions the click don't want I can see a lot more leaving
I have lost faith in NOV. The sense becomes stronger and stronger as the weeks go on. We aren't alone in collecting a paycheck. I know someone in NOV who was hired on not even 30 days ago and they've already polished their resume and started applying elsewhere.
I think all management . Are on some thing because they are all clueless. Just look ar that rob in rubber his best mate got him that job . Where his he now gone. So watch this space.
I am possitive going forward everyone is proactively proactive in taking NOV into new realms of positivity management seem to be talking to each other the only way is up happy days.

We all know who the problem is but the top guy will not or can't sort it all it need is the right people put in the right places
They dont work up there .Any way look at them on the reps near mtm . When i have walked past all they are doing is sat down. On there phones its a joke up there who is in charge. It needs sorting 1 pi---d off skilled man .
It happens too us all . Rumour has it 1 lad down in oilfield should of had a medical . But went home before it because he would of failed the dr-g test . Nothing ever gets done . Management are too soft . Chin up and carry on .
