Does anyone know if the call centers will open back up? I thought it was supposed to be July but I haven't heard any word. I work in the Hudson office but it still isn't open

They’re not making anyone go back, they’re giving the option. As to when people that WANT to go back or chose that are going back, I’m not sure.
i'm scared to look at the intranet on the covid site. I read that sometimes computers have viruses, and I don't want to get covid.

They were letting people choose whether you they wanted to go back or not.
Several offices opened in July. With the delta variant, they were shut back down. Right now, none of the offices are open.

Pune call centers will be open long before any US call centers for Allstate will reopen. Follow the money. It makes the most economic sense for the executives and shareholders to bring it to Pune with everything else
There are some groups back in the Hudson office and have been since right after Memorial Day but only a few areas and not many others have gotten to the point of considering it.
