Because of inflation and practice of averaging 1 % adjustment per year on salary i am at one meal a day. Soon to be one meal every two days. Managent at this company is evil.

What simplistic thinking. The world is more complicated than that.
Do you deserve to earn less year over year as inflation and benefit reduction reduce your overall income? Your answer seems to say yes - you become less valuable with the more experience you have. Wrong.
A company that is so poorly run that it cannot keep wages on par with inflation is the employees fault? Guessing bankruptcy and all the graft money is also the employees fault as well. Wonder how the dems will justify giving billions to a company with this track record
if you are only eating 1 meal a day, you yourself need to look at where your money is going. You need financial training. Stop going to starbucks, stop buying new cars, stop going out to eat. etc. etc etc... Sorry but this is on you, not windstream.
Windstream will fail... there is no hope of success. Most everyone I know there just collects their paycheck. Yes, even some of the management.

Windstreams health benefits do not cover ANYTHING. Not a single prescription, I even got a $200 bill for a flu shot. I have never heard of health benefits this bad. My doctor was confused, said he never saw an insurance company that didnt cover a flu shot or any preventative visits.
Good example why nobody should go to work at Windstream. Company does not care about rank and file wages just staying even with inflation much less acquiring wealth like a REAL technology powerhouse that TT claims Windstream has become. Lies and heartache is what they create the most
