The Vaccinated can get Covid and spread it. So Vaxed should also be required to test weekly and wear a mask. How re--rded is this company?

Here's the thing - if this is the sort of thing where the outcome depends on which court takes it, doesn't that tell you that there is enough uncertainty about it that the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT shouldn't be doing this?

The mandate is already here... But expect the testing option to disappear... They will say it is too disruptive due to having to socially distance employees and the fines would be too much.... Also because rearranging seating to accommodate those who are unvaxed is too disruptive...
I don't view them as a leader as they like to tout.... From their own words they say they will follow what their peers do . And there is your answer...

I'm fine with MetLife pushing the vaccine. I also don't want to be around the un-vaccinated.
Now that MetLife can blame it on the government, I hope they will mandate the vaccine.
Also, I'd be fine if MetLife had the vaccinated come in on the first days of a week (say Mon, Tue, Wed), and the un-vaccinated on Thurs, Friday. The next week, the vaccinated would come in on Monday and Tuesday and the un-vaccinated on Wed, Thurs, Friday.
This way there is a weekend to purge any potential un-vaccinated germs, and the un-vaccinated get to be with their own.
Win. Win.
