Non claim comment….some in departments are having to STEP UP for the first time in their long prosperous career. They were retained (HR) but no longer have the people to do their job. Oh well. I guess you’ll have to work.

About damn time some of these middle managers actually work for a living.
I think there are groups within HR that are severely understaffed at the worker bee level, and those worker bees are working crazy hours. Somehow they have untold numbers of directors and up, though, and it’s not clear to me what value some of them add (frankly, some of the officers seem unwualified). Always been shocked at how top heavy HR is.
