I’ve been in sales for my entire career and recently joined Pearson. From my experience so far I would say Pearson doesn’t really have a sales force. They have a group of people that do a little customer service, a little tech support, a little post sales support and a little bit of sales. I’m not doing any of these very well and I received minimal training on anything except how to track. I’m currently looking for a new position.

The software is terrible. Fix it. How hard is it to go digital? Expensive but not difficult if you are willing to invest in competent programmers. Stop rearranging roles and hiring more corporate mouth pieces. Less time congratulating yourself for your important thoughts about society and more time figuring out what your customers are willing to buy and be able to use reliably. Find some programmers and digitize.
Could it be that to often our software gets in the way of learning? If it was great almost everyone would use it
Wait sales are down because no one in management has interpersonal skills.shocker.
Rumor has it BS, King of the South was fired.
Is the decline all his fault?!
“Log off and get back to tracking!!!”
(This message brought to you from your useless VP of Sales.)
Get better at manipulating numbers.....like cengage.
Hopefully sales. Anyone else tired of seeing weirdly loyal Pearson people talking to the wall on LinkedIn?
