Everyone who's left talks of how everything is much better now, how they earn more, they finally got some relief, they don’t have to roll their eyes at the incompetent etc.
Sure, there’s a lot of better places than SWN, but is it just so ideal somewhere else?
I can't believe that everyone has found better jobs and that they have less work to do. That doesn't sound realistic to me at all.

Wow. Can’t believe the announcement! Yacht Rock is the official music station of Southwest Energy! Is this too good to be true? And, we all get discounted access to this station? Thank you Mr Way! Your projected “light in the loafers” personality really paid off this time! Our bennies are the best!!

Yes. Please call the hotline. That is so rude. I know who you are talking about and I used to work in that group. He is an awesome leader but his potty humor was not endearing to this mrs prim and proper.
So this is a little uncomfortable, but my supervisor likes to comment and joke with his whole team about the size and sounds of his after lunch dumps. Kind of a grade school type of humor, don’t you think. Some of the people of his team are females (yours truly). Is this something for the anonymous hotline?
Attention all Southwest employees. As a token of our appreciation, we will be playing Yacht rock on the 1st floor speakers every afternoon from 3:30-5:30 and passing out free wine spritzers in the vestibule on the way to the parking garage. I disagree. I left in 2015 before the first layoffs EVER. Best E&P company not ending in “western”. Legit CEO. Respected amongst peers unlike Mueller and Way.
The grass is greenest at Southwest cause of the constant manure spilling out of the leadership. I love it here and by the way I have muck boots to wade thru all the aforementioned spillage. Paid a pretty penny to do as little as possible.
I actually earn about 20% less where I went and we don’t have a Market with all the goodies. I miss that a lot. SWN really was the best. I suggest you sick up to Management and flourish in your career. They are the best of the best. Don’t let anyone tell you different!
