Someone needs to file a class action lawsuit. This happened at Humana when we were salaried and after someone filed a class action lawsuit we became hourly workers and immediately we started working 40 hours a week instead of 60. Good luck!

wow...so comparing the bad touch and toxic abuse of power here are two completely different things. And abuse is never something to joke about. Shame on you.

As for examples of toxicity - forcing people to choose between a job to support their family or actually getting to see your family. I work 12 or more hours a day, sometimes 7 days a week. I work on my PTO. I don't know how that's even legal. I was forced to miss a kids game to stay on after my shift to answer questions that could have waited for the next day. Being talked to like I'm d-mb on calls with leaders. Being told my ideas are d-mb but then a few months down the road being used. Having meetings with internal partners then they go to other leaders and lie saying things that were never said.
