The Produce/Freezer/Cooler/Deli lead at my club is absolutely worthless. There's no feezer/cooler deli associates anymore because they all quit. I haven't seen the lead stock a single shelf. It's absolutely embarrassing how he gets away with not doing a single thing to help. I'd fire his a-s.

The other leads are the ones stocking the cooler, hardly anybody stocks the freezers. I do deli after I get done cutting meat. Luckily this guy left to another area, so I'll be applying for the lead position!
There is double standards . what applies to floor people does not apply to fresh.
I agree 95% of all team leads in clubs are lazy in fresh and floor areas
