My opinion on training replacements is that they are to be treated like mushrooms.

Feed them garbage and keep them in the dark.

@OP+1cODXMjd You know what's even cooler? Pretending to train your replacements by giving them a lot of useless and confusing information!

Hint to management - if you want to save costs, stop paying for those McK surveys on organizational health. You don't need them. We know that you think we sck and we think you sck. You're going to get rid of us as fast as you can. We want to get away from you as fast as we can.
