Blueskies, and the people responsible for designing it are a complete joke. Managers, and above are so out of touch with what employees are actually doing on a day to day basis and the flaws in the system highlight that.

Ha ha, I left during the reorg in 2019 and was on the starting side of that nightmare. There's a certain person just below AA that pushed it. Maximo as well is a complete joke. Good luck to you all still there. I was well taken care of after 25 years at Williams, not regretting a moment of my decision to part ways.
Agreed, everyone that worked on it are praised for a job well Done. Promotions were given. Reality is that is is so bad, employees have gone back to spreadsheets for work arounds. Same as the Maximo rollout. Little knowledge left after the layoffs and restructuring.
Managers not knowing what their employees do is nothing new. But I would be interested to know if the people that made this decision are actually in the trenches trying to fix this problem like my entire department is.
