Are we doing book returns? Haven’t heard a peep about this?

Don’t worry. When it’s time for chargebacks, you’ll know, because that’s when the HO eggheads and VPs go into near-clinical hysteria mode about “cash flow.” Then they’ll send out the reports every day, and your RM will be even more of a pain in the a-s to your store manager. I am SO glad I got out of that hot mess.
Except for Pearson where we have a new RMA process TBD I'll be starting this week. Don't need to wait for home office direction to run our store.
Why wouldn't we? A lot of stores are still in rush in the NE. Doesn't make sense to start returns already, especially if there's a chance your overstock could fill OMS orders.
