Get rid of the exec and the middle management. Rank and file see the issues and have the skills to fix DXC. Sadly they will never get the chance and the decline ("stabilization") will continue.
Unless you are close to retirement or happy doing as little as possible until WFR leave. One of the best things about leaving is the ability to direct business away from DXC. Not that they'd win it but avoid wasting time having them in the procurement process and gives you a sense of sticking it to the man
If you really are vindictive include them in the process and waste as much of their resource as you can. Personally, I cant stand reading or hearing the BS about non-existent capability, new DXC and fantasies about how great they are.
