Worked thru the whole damn thing going into customers homes and businesses with no vax and the company provided handkerchief to cover my face no problem. Didn’t miss a day of work. Now the the thanks we get is forced vax decided by slubs who worked from home during the crisis. If they are so worried about it are they requiring proof of customers vax before we enter their homes?
How about all the overweight managers pay more for health insurance?
Those office sloths should be required to workout an hour a day or pay more for insurance

You are the problem and those like you, you are not trusting the company with your health, you are now being asked to get vaccinated to limit symptoms within yourself and from passing it to others, it isn't about you. The Medical community has vetted these vaccines with millions of administrations of them. Every Vaccine has those that get a reaction. You are on site for supervisor for immediate reactions after you get the vaccine. They if in the event which is rare someone does are readily there for giving you attention if that is the case. There is no reason not to get vaccinated. That is who you are trusting.

We are a workgroup of two in a rural area. Neither has or wants the shot. We both lied to our SRO and on the form. He claims he will fire us if he can catch us lying. I have 10 years and my partner I think 13. I was looking for a job when I came here. Tired of all the BS so they can fire me. My coworker feels the same.

I'm curious about the fallout when many people walk.I spoke to people out of 6 work groups, and it seems that about 80 percent will walk if mandated.

Company says 71% is vaxxed, what’s 80% of of the 29% that will walk? Probably a good enough # to save a bunch of people from the next round or 3 of layoffs.

The company will up your out of pocket that you pay for health insurance. We won't argue about the data on the unvacinated but the companies data show the unvacinated are hospitalized more often and cost more. Folks don't worry you won't have to be tested weekly since that doesn't matter. To them it's dollars, that's why they want to know if your vaccinated.

Most I know in the Field have a been vaccinated, it was the safer option having to approach Customers and their kids etc.

I have a feeling the ones that would not were the targets in the recent surplus.
