When people ask me where I work, I never say "I work for Allstate” but instead “I work for an insurance company”.
Why?
Because I have noticed how people react when the name of this company is mentioned to them. Leadership may need to reassess their company's reputation and why things today are the way they are.... As for me, I'm looking for a way to exit.

Same thing with S.F. Never mention them by name.
TW does not care about reputation. He is concerned spinning a good quarterly return for the shareholders. That is his job.
Absolutely. Anyone in the industry (insurance workers, contractors, auto body shops) and anyone who ever had to deal with Allstate in a claim always has that same reaction. It's embarrassing.
