I worked for the company I left because it was very disorganized, and then I came to Anthem where the situation is even worse. Why does everything here have to be such a mess? Is there a way for things to get better?

The simple answer is because Gloria continues to be employed in charge of everything here. I have no explanation has to how since she has screwed up so much dating back to her empire days.
Anthem suffers from organizational corruption.
Many MANY years ago Anthem was a great company. Anthem has gotten to be unrecognizable from the company it once was. Anthem has had the worst downward spiral with current ELT. I think Anthem is so far gone now - there is no coming back to being a great company. Sad.
