People! Now, when someone is laid off, terminated or let go for any reason, those of you left behind should really learn to keep a tight lip on your speculative inputs. For one, it’s childish. Often too many times before a person has been let go, many people have nothing but nice things to say about that person but once they are gone, all kinds of speculations occur. Of course this is pandering to the ones left behind in order to fit in but what you’re doing is creating an atmosphere of added delusion from the truth. The information or input from either what you’ve heard or assume can be found out through the grapevine, which can often involve you in a potential lawsuit. If you don’t know what really happens in the process, perhaps you should keep your assumptions to yourself and spare the company of having to filter through this bullish behavior to get to the bottom of it. It helps nobody but the person who is gone. Peace out!!

Only solution to this is to put the culprits and some leaders into jail on multiple counts of purjury, aggravated purjury and attempted murrder charges for 20-40 years. Everybody left behind will fall in line in a single stroke. That’s it.
This is exactly why one should not work there.
Corporate shill alert? Ha! Let see how fast a list of 4 witnesses turns to 16 bud. Then you can tell me how easy it is to start naming names all because they felt a little guilty for allowing it and enabled their manager to continually manipulate everything even after the person was long gone!! Zip it. #1 rule in the workplace, especially if you want to keep your job. Problem is, people think by adding their spew, they are contributing to the loss of their job. Facts.
Corporate shill alert
well said. Get the "facts corrected" or "Correct Facts". But dont "bury the facts" to help the company. If you do so, then those who left behind will get encouraged to do wrong doing and continue doing that.
You know how the "dr-g-lords" or "war-lords" work? They sacrifice a lamb to protect the leaders.
