Quarterly bonus are gone

Walmart announce they're getting rid of quarterly bonuses because we are getting netter raises so you know Sams club is next.

Are Sams cashiers confirmed getting a raise? Has anyone at a Sams club been told this and verified that cashiers are included in Walmart recent raise announcement?

Greed and bottom line can get rid of a bonus! The more you make the more you want shareholders!!
Sams is changing job description again: so with your raise they will also eliminate associates!! They can’t be happy with just cashiers, membership desk, exit , entrance and cart washers they want you to do it all!! Weird thinkkng!! Rather have one good bird in the had than 15 hardly doing their job!! But then that covers their poor scheduling and call outs!:(

This is for Walmart stores not Sam’s. When they raised the minimum wage to $15 we kept SamShare. Walmart is raising minimum wage to $12 and eliminating their Myshare bonus. With sales, profit, and membership at an all time high I don’t see SamShare going away.

Wonder if long term associates would get a raise. When the starting wage was raised to $15 some of us didn't get a $4 raise. I was at 17 an hour (after 20 years) and only got $1.70 raise.

If it means we actually get raises at Sam's, I will happily take better raises over inconsistent bonuses every 3 months. That's just me. It's something you can count on, not something you hope you get.

Gain a dollar raise and your healthcare goes up. In the end they always make that up and then some.

That's the Walmart way. Give with one hand, take with the other. Time to job hunt
