Some close colleagues with whom I had the opportunity to talk about it, all are now significantly more paid than they were paid for the same job here. I was satisfied with pay for a while, but back then I had a lot less work to do. Now the amount of work is much greater, and the pay should be equivalent to that.
I took the easy route for now - I only do the bare minimum. However, I wonder if it will be too late when they realize this problem because by then most of the best people might already be in some other companies where they will be paid fairly?
