If they change your schedule last minute, ask you to stay later five minutes before your gonna leave for the day, ask you to unload a truck or put out freight when your a commission cosmetics associate, Ask you to work a six day workweek, deny vacation for no reason, leave pto requests “not reviewed days or weeks after they have been put in the computer while the store manager gets all their pto and weekends off, asking you to sign write ups for being five minutes late, just say no... Don’t do it. belk is so in need of employees they can’t do anything.

Totally agree, it's not right how associates are denied, and treated by store managers.
When dies the store manager ever close?
We're overworked, we close the store,, while they go home, on several vacations, and enjoy their salary.
And they do not abide by EEOC regulations.
