My PDS results meeting is scheduled on September 28 and my supervisor keeps avoiding discussing it, am I going to get let go?

How did it go?

That seems really late. I'd got mine in July including an unpleasant surprise drop. I'd expect if it were a PIP, it would need to have started by now.

My supervisor has rescheduled and postponed since July

Pips would already have to be active to my understanding as they would need to completed by the end of November. So if you were on a pip last year you might just be moving to a separation payment.

Honestly that is a di-k move if nothing else... Unless they are trying to fight for you behind the scenes. Either way, seems weird.

Being Timed so far out is a bit odd, surprised it hasn’t yet been communicated but perhaps some BUs are lagging. Supervisor might not have mlrp training so potential you could be getting a pip. Either way until performance assessment period they’d normally not share regardless but unless they are out of office for next couple weeks no reason other then pip to not give the feedback already.
