Seriously listen, this is not a good a place to work. They completely over manage and I’ve actually heard customers call them the overpromisers and under deliverers of telecom. Most field support has moved overseas and customers often wait days for someone to show up for repairs. Bottom line, just don’t.

This company is garbage, stay as far away as possible.
All those departments are outsourcing. These are temp hires to Bridge the gap.
Those IT jobs don't pay squat. Sales, if you don't sell in 30 days you get kicked to the curb. Call Center, sweatshop gigs, with some mo--n breathing down your neck. Employees surveys, coming soon!
All hands call and I am betting no mention of any pay adjustments. Windstream employees can only dream of working for a company that values its emplyees with actionopposed to hollow words!!
