not gonna post exact text of email but the group has reviewed my request. They decided I'm eligible and sent it up to my boss to approve within 10 days.
Still, why does it feel more like a stay of execution instead of a full pardon?

T has no choice, you could very well worship a chicken and they cannot question it without legal repercussions…How that factors in down the road with the “ reorganization” is an entirely diff story…
If you do catch delta you’ll be 20x more likely to be hospitalized.
Still waiting to hear back. Been a little over two weeks. If they grant the waiver I am prepared to cover the non vax surcharge I expect the company to implement on next years premiums. Could get expensive if they charge a fee for each eligible but non vax family person on the plan.
Mine was approved as well last Friday. Took three weeks but worth the wait.
I can confirm I received the same email on Friday.
Submitted mine 2 weeks ago to the day. Nothing Yet.
