today is my one year annivesary... got my RIF notice (9/10/2020)... a year later, doing OK. I was at Anthem (HCC, Community Mutual, Wellpoint, Anthem) for almost 40 years. enjoying pre-pre-retirement....

The one time i did get RIf’d was when my area was moved under Mike Boxer (former IT vp) and we lasted 6 months before we all got walking papers in December because he had promised earlier that year to cut his budget dramatically.
Probably because Anthem's layoff season is almost upon us again!
