Nobody forces you out. They will always provide options. It’s up to you to choose. If you don’t like the options then it’s best to pursue another company. Stop making it seem like they give you no options.

No clue what this post rant is about. Why is the title self check out? Is that supposed to be a metaphor? You should be more clear. Were you previously a Membership Lead? Got the recent offer to move to another position or severance? Getting moved to specialist? Hope you took the severance if so because when you posted your club locale I don't think you left much doubt who posted it.
