Hey there - yeah I mean you, dude or dudette that goes in and posts management style comments on this board...I'm management too by the way, a grade F, formerly what was called a "High Potential" employee, but I have enough integrity to say it like it is....the company is failing on so many levels now it's not even funny...Bernard is chasing fads rather than focusing on what matters, going to renewable is fine but we still need O&G today and cutting people and demoralizing them isn't good for this sort of business....you're seeing here the non Yammer polished comments, how people truly feel, not cheerleading so Bernard and Gordon sees their names...the real question is, are you reading to defend or are you reading to understand?

Reading to Understand: Does the management require all employees to practice good dental hygiene; or even have teeth at all?
