Salvino is a charlatan. I mean, the guy has "earned" nearly US$22 million this year, an increase of over 60% from last year, while the company haemorrhages skilled staff, they lose important clients, no one believes a work he says, and the company is going down the pan. He's like those carpetbaggers who come into a company, get huge pay packages, restructure it to sell off the profitable bits, get bonuses from those sell-offs, then jump ship just as it implodes. The reason he's a charlatan and a psychopath is because he has the gall to sit on those calls and consistently lie to your face about what he's doing and what's happening with the company. Get out.
