What is the starting rate for PM backroom? I’ve heard $15 and $18 per hour.

$18 It is right under leads.
The rate depends on club location. You can find the base pay for your club on the WIRE under Field Pay Summary.
I’m a Backroom associate and hate when people (my gm) say I’m a team lead too. No the heck I’m not, nor do I want to be. Just let me do my job and go home.
Even though they keep trying to convince themselves they are leads, they are not and get paid to reflect that.
Said to be a position 1 lower then a team lead but no raise to get close to a team lead. Try doing the backroom by yourself and then get a person that doesn’t have a clue or a fork lift license……….
15 an hour. And it’s ridiculous. This company says “this position is as important as a team lead’s and has very similar responsibilities to those of a leads, yet you shouldn’t be compensated like it. You should be compensated the same as an entry level high school cashier”
