Allstate will likely be investing in Spanish speaking countries as it continues to look for ways to save a buck on the handling of claims. South America, Mexico, are hot spots for outsourcing. They will not stop in their quest to outsource as much as possible. Transformative growth and lining the pockets of the Allstate executives and shareholders is goal. English speakers will be handled by self service and email. Very few will ever get to talk to somebody. If they do, there will be a fee. Sure hope they reduce their rates to keep the company alive. Customers will expect cheap if they have cheap service.

Costa Rica is a good choice. They speak Spanish and English well there.
It’ll have to be countries where English is also spoken like India.
