Do you also have a lot of colleagues who have left and who have not yet been replaced?

I don't know what Centene's replacement plan is, but it seems to me that the company has a growing problem with hiring and engaging new employees in place of those who are leaving in increasing numbers. I'm counting the days until I leave and I'd like to know how long it will take Centene to find a replacement.

My org of 60+ people is all exhausted. Over half are desperate to leave. I have three open positions on my team. The positions were opened nearly a year ago and according to recruiting no candidates applied yet. Nobody wants to work for centene.
Every single person on our team is looking for another job, ive already applied to 3 jobs, everyone is burnt out. they keep pushing us on the stupidest metrics and its like no one cares.
My team and I are exhausted. People leave and then requisitions get held up in some sort of God awful he-l inside Workday.
Before HR can get to them, the bean congers have to go in and see if they can cut the headcount. Leaders don’t push to backfill quickly because their budgets are already so tight. The longer they take to backfill the better their budgets look.
Their hiring practices are antiquated and take along time, sometimes several months, to even approve an open position.
I heard there was a hiring freeze. Maybe because HR is inundated with the exiting process from so many leaving ???
Attrition
Centene is not back filling any positions when people are leaving. The team that is left has to take it up. Eventually everyone will leave as it's exhausting
