I doubt it........
I looked at the open positions at Belk and I wonder if anyone will be hired for those positions at all... If so, I wonder how long people will stay... Will they stay here longer than a few days...

It’s absolutely frightening what is happening at Belk. They are blatantly trying to force out older employees but now, because of the situation going on in the country they can’t find any employees, Job posts go unanswered for weeks and if someone does apply they only last a week or two and then Quit when they see what’s really going on . so it’s backfired on them. Whoever makes the decision to pay $12 an hour is an imbecile.
