Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

ANZ leadership never seems to change?

as a long time CSC now DXC employee here in ANZ it seems strange to me that there never seems to be much change at the senior level? We have had the same CEO, same SLT and in many cases no real change in much of the management structure at all regardless of regional performance, merges or org changes over the last 9 years?

Surely there comes a time when any organisation needs new blood, new ideas and fresh energy in its ranks?

That's because Sal wouldn't touch the "Beetle/Cockroach".

Diversity and the fact that Seelan plays the game better than Sal. Sal doesn't see the sandbagging, the lack of growth, the perilous state of platinum accounts, or the number of workers compensation claims for workplace stress and bullying.

The cockroach keeps a weak management team he can bully and doesn't present ideas let alone a challenge to his next Maserati.

He learned his craft at IBM and mastered it under Lawrie. Fire, fire, fire. Quarterly focus is as far as the strategy can go.

The platinums are winding down and there's a large group of disgruntled ex-DXC'rs making sure DXC isn't in the running.

But take my hat of to him. He's had more Maserati's than people have had pay rises.

Fits in perfectly with the current porkies with their snouts in the trough at the top
