Do you have a BS job at STX?

I saw this video and it reminded me of the many BS jobs around STX, including mine. The perfect example that is mentioned often is the Business Excellence department and its multiple VPs and Directors. How do we trade engineering, that can potentially fix HAMR, or even IT jobs, that can improve productivity, for these important sounding titles that offer little value but high costs?

Do people even have 3 hours a day to work on the products with all the internal requirements and constant distractions? Internal news emails, training, surveys, IT app changes, status reports, form filling, slide creation, etc.
