Is this the new normal? Why do some “men” (more like young boys) in this company feel it’s ok to just lean over and rip fl-------e in the middle of a meeting? I’m a female and sort of old school, but my husband has never done that in front of me, but just because you’re an executive doesn’t give you the right to do this in other peoples presence. So gross and immature. 🤢

Wow. Just wow. I came in this morning expecting the worst. And it was worse than that. No, I’m not talking about layoffs. I’m talking about the men’s room on 5. Mr. Way, you should go see a doctor about that. Not normal. You must have really torn it up this weekend. Get a detail on that Winnebago, too!

I hope I get laid off this year. PO’d having to work today knowing that jack off is enjoying his weekend making money off my back. My kids were disappointed we could not have a family picnic as we planned. Please lay me off!!

I’m with this guy 👇. SWN is by far the the best run company out there. We should all be on our knees s—cking the CEO’s ⚽️ 🏀’s. We have the privilege of working at Southwest Energy. We shouldn’t take that lightly. The best of the best. The cream of the crop. The pedigree and the history to back up those claims. Nobody better. Stop with these silly posts.
Man this is so tired and old. Think about how sad these guys lives must be that they have to keep posting about fake layoffs in order to get a moment of happiness.

I did get a severance package but it wasn’t what I was expecting. I’m sure it will pay the bills for a while but already looking to cut expenses. I think the layoff class of 2016 fared the best. I’m sure Way is kicking himself over that gravy train. It will be his legacy as it was his first order of business. But here we are 8 rounds of layoffs later with fewer freebies to give out. Nothing but gratitude here.

I received my go away package this morning. Was told I wasn’t part of the “go forward” plan. Doesn’t break my heart, but the severance apparently isn’t as good as years past and in this economy it’s going to be tough to find something comparable very quickly.
