Many Calgary employers have delayed RTO while we are full steam ahead despite rising cases. Not sure what the logic here is? Is there no concern for safety anymore?

If you get covid at work they will make you do a NLI. Your manager will make sure the root cause is your fault.
They preach flexibility and thank us for working from home but now highlight ‘flexible
Arrangements’ are. Asked on team needs vs. Personal needs
Give it 3 weeks to revert. Once kids are in school, numbers will explode.

It is cheaper to have employees die off from COVID, than to have to lay them off.
