So they hired another rotisserie associate and this one can't do it because they have a plate in their arm from a shoulder injury. WTF! What a waste of time! If you apply for a job and say you can do it why do you wait until you're in the position to say this? F...ing liar!

90 day probationary period still exists.
This person signed job description saying that they could do the job, now you say that you can’t because of (insert reason here), unfortunately this will be your last day with Sam’s Club.
And that is when you say that you signed a job description saying you could do the job, so you were untrue, and unfortunately this will be your last day.
This has happened a lot at our club recently. We explain the job requirements and expectations in interview... Oh yea, no problem, I can do that easy. Day 1.. yea can I transfer Im not going to be able to do that. So you just thought you would get in the door with that job then day 1 we would transfer you to where you really wanted???
