Anyone who works in HR know anything about whether or not we are going to be required to take the vaccine? I did, but I am worried for a colleague. She is going through IVF right now and worried.

Communication is coming tomorrow, 10/5 that all employees must be vaccinated by 11/30 with the following exceptions: Full-time telecommuters who
never have face-to-face contact
with other team members,
patients, members, providers
customers or suppliers, or are not
addressed by other business
guidelines or other federal, state
or local mandates.
It will be mandated for certain clinical roles. The policy can be found by searching the Hub. It was updated yesterday.
It's only mandatory vax if your county, city, state or facility has a mandate.
If Vaxed they want proof go fiigure.
Pregnancy puts you at high risk for covid complications. IVF doesn't make you ineligible for vaccine. She should speak with her physician
yup in may the reporting was completely optional now reporting is required or risk termination by 8/27 to report vaccinated you need proof of vaccination but image of CDC card is childs play to falsify. But knowing the history of United/OPTUM/ingenix they were busted in the past for illegally harvesting and selling claim data so would not put it past them spending the effort to hunt down people. of course New York excelsior pass was fooled by a mickey mouse image and a BBQ menu. Choosing option 3 for decline vaccine might as well pack your bag for the end of year layoff list since you just put your name on it
What a great way to clean house.
