A good number of the best people are leaving and nobody seems to care. I watch daily as knowledge and experience walk away and instead of trying to keep them, the upper management is happy they are saving money on their pay without having to pay them severance. I've never seen such short-sightedness in my life. Do they not realize what's going to happen to this place if the most knowledgeable people are all gone?

The best people who have top rankings of 5 on their annual review are choosing to leave. Part of it is because they’ve let go so many other great people. Too bad.
Unfortunately, I don't think anything will happen, even if all the most experienced individuals leave. Anthem is going with the "too big to fail" approach, that's why they're more interested in buying other insurance companies than trying to fix their hemorrhaging knowledge base. Even long after we leave this Garbo company, well get stuck bailing them out on wall street when the brown stuff hits the oscillating device.
