So I guess no one knows how this pay structure works, right? They talk about bonuses....what are the goals?
So every other Dept is getting raises…what about maintenance, gas station, entry door. When is that going to happen. Beeeennn waiting waiting. Maintenance be all over the place getting up spills to save the company money, from slips and falls. Umm?
So what is the structure for bonuses? Do you know what the cap is for this job?
It is in deed $100. when they renew and because of the dishonest people pushing the cheaper upgrades close to their renewal, some will get that refund. I got it right....no need to be rude. Cart pushers will make more for hours worked!
It's not 100 in a few months. It's 45 for the membership, which you're paying anyway and 55 to keep the plus membership, which, may I remind you, is refundable. Geesh. Get it right.
Is this the old Member Champ job coming back?
Unless there is a new Sam's opening far away from another Sam's or Costco, there is NO way of bonusing without cheating! People do it all the time. ...by opening new memberships with some lousy a** excuse for doing it. Or do what the front end team lead tells you and tell these members "oh, its only $15.00 to upgrade, without telling them it will be a total of $100.00 in a few months! So that stuff will only last so long. Good luck!
You’re responsible for credits, upgrades, first plus EVERYTHING!
Is this the position that is responsible for credits?
INCENTIVES!
$37,500 is the entry level pay. Very lucrative bonus structure. Many have exceeded $20K bonuses in the test clubs.
When it was first rolled out it was $34K annually for salaried- do the math @ 45/50 hours per week ......cart pushers would be Making more!!! But if you surpass your quotas you get encentives (if you survive)
