Literally just got a text from my manager asking me if I could adjust my schedule to make up for her mismanagement of the workflow to “Finish strong for the month”. I’m on PTO today. Not logging back in till Tuesday (I’m on PTO Monday too). Got a rubbish performance evaluation on Wednesday afternoon. I’m an hourly employee.. not salaried. I’m going to say “No”… and leave it there. No above and beyond. Just doing the bare minimum for my role going forward. Not on any write ups. Fix it yourself Rachel. I’m done covering for your incompetence. Lay me off or fire me. I dare you.
