Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

I actually got a raise!

Anyone else? Nothing spectacular but a raise nonetheless. I'm in the US- level 5

Coming Townhall . We will also provide an update on how we are taking care of and investing in our colleagues and share stories on how we are living our values.

What BS I get a 3.5% increase , but inflation since my last increase was 18%. Mikey2 gets a 50% increase and VP of HR is making 5 million dollars. He can just go DUCK (replace the D with an F) himself

An 18% percent raise would have brought me to the same buying power as my last raise 7+ years ago. So a 3.2% increase is better than no increase but still making less in purchasing power than I did before. The CEO gets a 50% increase and we get almost nothing,so I say F-cvk him, I hope he stays mad

I am in the UK and received just below 3%. It didn't do much to raise my morale as it doesn't correct the 5 years without a raise or fix all the other problems DXC has. It is better than nothing though and still better than a lot of others will have received.

A raise? Wow just like they promised in 2018 right after they announced it they laid off a lot of people. Glad to be out! I'd take contract work over a measly raise and doing the work for 3-4 people.

Good for you. Anything is better than nothing at all.
And just because you got a raise, doesn't mean you have to keep working at DXC forever. There are plenty of other career options out there. The onus is on the company to retain their staff.

With the CEO getting a 50% increase and us only getting a 3 - 4 % raise , its total BS. But I am not turning it down, I have 1 year to go and I am done working forever!

Anything less than 10% is an insult and a joke , NO way a increase in pay is NEVER a Joke. I got one too in the US

Anything less than 10% is an insult and a joke after this company has not given a dime since its inception in 2017 (I’m being nice not counting csc/hpe bu-----t they pulled). There will be a mass Exodus in q3/4, as people stuck it out to see what mk2 would do. Seeing 1 or 2% while the execs take 50% increases in their millions is not going to cut it. I’m happily going to leave and will be very vocal about how this company is run by greedy as-----s online. Spread it far and wide, DXC is a sinking ship.

UK, master level, was given 1.5%.
Apparently the raise percentage was calculated using current salary and Workday rating combined….and not all within the BU’s in the UK received one.
Manager was enthusing about how this was good news…
Was just the nudge I needed…I have a job interview on Tuesday external to DXC

Yes L5, in the UK.... it was something... not a lot but the message I got was "Q2 is not great"

Still that's more than M1 ever gave me, so lets see from here.

In the end it was a raise and when M2 said he'd do it.

What a token $20 a month to tick the box?

It's actually a pay cut if you count inflation.

The execs took 50% plus pay rises.
