There are a lot of them, but those at the top are obviously not aware of it or perhaps they ignore them. I think Allstate will eventually realize that outsourcing has more of a negative effect on business and that it will have to change strategy.

India doesn’t know better, they got $6 per hour and a goat with a MBA!? I rather have running plumbing in my home and another job!
Agreed the job I have been doing for 2 decades has now been outsourced to India! Thank you come again good hands! Good luck keeping employees and customers!

India employees are overjoyed to be able to take American jobs. Haven’t you noticed ? We are loosing our country folks. Many clues. This has been going on since our industries left the country to China, India, Vietnam, where ever the corporate giants can take it for less they will. We are globalized now. We are no better than anyone and we need to be poor like everyone else in the world. That’s how depraved we have become. Big corporation fat cats are happy to ship jobs to cheap labor overseas. Our country has to start over due to this. Remember Yugoslavia? We are breaking up as a nation. Thanks Tom and Glenn. You bought right into the lie. India is your new golden goose. Glad they are a democracy for our sake.
Will you cut your salary into 1/6th? Doubt it.
