I have been working here for almost 7 years and have never had more work to do. The pace of work is just too much. I love my job a lot, but I don't know how long I will be able to continue until the total burnout. Work-life balance has become a total unknown, it does not exist. I'm tired to the max.

By working yourself to death, you are solving a problem you did not create. Let leadership solve their problem, put in your 8 or 9 hours a day, and call it good. It's not worth it to run yourself into the ground!
With all the different IT departments having been outsourced, and those that quit that were never replaced it all leads to a disfunctional mess. I foresee many problems ahead with the plans of their Northstar Kool aid vision.
So rather then work yourself to death for their poor planning and vision, put in a good days work knowing you did your best but and the end of the day go home and forget about it. There's not a damn thing you can do to fix it, and no one can take the place of 4 or 5 displaced workers sent offshore.
There's a place in he-l for those leaders that send jobs overseas.
Leave work at work. Working from home may not always make that possible but you must think of your mental health first and foremost.
